All our leather products include free shipping.

All orders are usually dispatched within 2-5 working days unless otherwise specified. The term of production of the standard size of the order makes from 3 to 5 days. Individual - up to 5 days. You can choose Standard Delivery or Express Delivery (DHL Express) during the checkout.

Usually standard delivery takes 1-5 weeks depending on your location. Typically, it takes:

1-2 weeks for USA, United Kingdom
2-4 weeks Canada, Australia, European Union
Up to 5 weeks around the world

Please note that delivery time depends on your location, weather, and possible customs delays. During the quarantine, most deliveries are still being made as normal; however, there are delays and disruptions in some countries.

from the date of delivery.

All Cash on delivery orders are eligible for only 1 time size exchange/product exchange. Only for prepaid orders, returns & 100% refunds are eligible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom items
  • Personalized items

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return within 5 business days, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


1. We will only accept our articles that are returned in their original packaging, are unused, unwashed and undamaged with all tags intact.
2. Customer needs to mail us about exchange/return within 30 days from the date of delivery. We would not be able to carry out the exchange/return if the mail is sent after 30 days from the date of delivery.
3. Please do not accept a delivery if the packaging is not properly sealed or open.
4. If an exchange needs to be done more than once the customer will have to bear the charges of the shipping cost.
5. A prepaid order once opted for exchange is not eligible for refund.
